Event Organization
Purple Key successfully organized the TEDx Masarikova event, fully aligned with the principles and standards of the global TED brand, while bringing a strong local creative interpretation. The project began with the development of a concept rooted in the TED philosophy of "ideas worth spreading," followed by the creation of a cohesive and distinctive visual identity for the event, from stage design, signage, and digital materials to the finer details that shaped a unique and engaging attendee experience. Purple Key delivered full stage production, carefully managing every technical and aesthetic element, including lighting, sound, and program flow, to ensure a high-end production quality and an atmosphere true to the TEDx format.
Our approach and methodology
A strong focus was placed on the organization and coordination of speakers and guests, including preparation, protocol, and the overall attendee journey, all of which required a high level of precision and flexibility. Additional complexity arose from the challenging circumstances of 2020, marked by the global pandemic, which required adapting every aspect of the event from limited audience capacity and safety protocols to potential hybrid solutions.
Despite these challenges, Purple Key demonstrated outstanding organizational capability and resilience, successfully balancing strict measures with the need to preserve an authentic TEDx experience, ultimately delivering a highly professional event that left a lasting impression on all participants.
