Purple Key Agency is expanding its post-production team and is looking for a Mid-level Retoucher & Photographer with a strong eye for detail, a professional approach to work, and advanced English proficiency for daily communication with international clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professional photo editing and retouching (event, product, lifestyle, portrait, beauty)
• Shooting at agency events and productions
• Advanced use of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Preparing images for digital and print use
• Ensuring adherence to client brand guidelines
• Direct communication with clients in English
• Collaboration with creative, design, and video teams
• Organizing and archiving photo materials
• Delivering work in line with defined deadlines

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retouching and/or photography
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Understanding of photography techniques (lighting, composition, color)
• Advanced understanding of color correction and color grading
• Experience in high-end retouching (skin retouch, frequency separation, dodge & burn)
• Ability to work according to brand guidelines and visual standards
• Understanding of different photography types (corporate, lifestyle, event, product)
• Optimization of images for various formats (web, social, print)
• Strong file organization and knowledge of non-destructive workflows
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsibility for deadlines and quality
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2 – required)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
