For the prestigious client Aman Resorts, we worked on a high-end architectural editing project to enhance luxury hospitality imagery while preserving the brand’s signature elegance and refined aesthetic. The goal of the post-production process was to remove any visual distractions and ensure that the hotels, villas, and architectural details remained the focus of each image.

The editing process included complex object removal, environmental cleanup, sky replacements, sidewalk and window refinements, and detailed interior adjustments, such as smoothing and perfecting bed linens. Every element was carefully edited to look natural and seamless, maintaining a realistic yet polished luxury feel throughout the final imagery.
Our approach and methodology
One of the biggest challenges of this project was the extensive manual work involved. These edits were completed before the widespread use of modern AI-powered editing tools, meaning every correction, reconstruction, and retouching step was done entirely by hand using advanced compositing and photo manipulation techniques. Recreating architectural details, matching textures, rebuilding missing elements, and maintaining consistent lighting and reflections required a high level of technical expertise, precision, and attention to detail.
This project highlights the importance of craftsmanship in luxury hospitality retouching, where achieving a flawless result requires more than just visual enhancement. It demands creativity, patience, and a deep understanding of photography, architecture, and brand aesthetics. Through meticulous post-production, the final images achieved a clean, sophisticated, and premium appearance while preserving the authentic atmosphere and timeless identity of Aman Resorts.
