RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Min. 1 year of practical IT helpdesk/IT system administration experience, 2 or more years preferred
  • Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 and Azure management and support, Windows endpoint management and support, Windows Server management and support
  • Very fluent in English language (verbal and written communication), to be able to communicate with English-speaking clients on daily basis
  • Well developed communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate directly with customers over the phone or through emails/ticketing
  • Ability to work with customer support software solutions (ticketing management, CRM, knowledge base)
  • Ability to work in shifts rotation
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team
  • Please be informed that very fluent English speaking and IT helpdesk/IT system administration experience are mandatory, applications which do not fulfil this will not be considered.
