EOS MatrixFirewall Replacement
The end of 2024 marked a key project for EOS Matrix: Upgrading their existing network security solution by replacing an aging firewall system.
Given that the previous equipment had reached the end of its lifecycle, the project involved migrating to new infrastructure from a different manufacturer, fully adapted to the new technological ecosystem.
Our approach and methodology
We began the project with a detailed analysis and documentation of the existing system settings, providing a clear foundation for migration planning and minimizing potential risks. Special attention was given to carefully scheduling the implementation to ensure minimal impact on business operations and end-users, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
The implementation included on-site installation of the new equipment, integration with the existing infrastructure, and complex configuration of the firewall system in line with the client’s security and operational requirements. The process also involved precise coordination with external partners to ensure seamless establishment of all necessary network connections and services.
Following implementation, a thorough verification of all configurations and system functionality was conducted, confirming the stable and secure operation of the entire network infrastructure.
The project did not end with deployment, as our team continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring long-term stability, security, and optimal performance.
