Organisation and Production of an International Expert Conference
Purple Key was responsible for the organisational, logistical, and technical delivery of SOFT 2026 - Sarajevo OncoFem Talk, an international expert conference dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and experience in the fields of oncology and women’s health. Our role covered the coordination of all aspects of the event, from venue preparation and technical production to participant support and on-site programme delivery.
Our approach and methodology
We designed and delivered the complete stage setup, including a large LED backdrop, a branded lectern, tables for panellists, and visual elements aligned with the event’s identity. Professional sound, lighting, and supporting technical equipment ensured the smooth delivery of speeches, presentations, and panel discussions.
Particular attention was given to the functionality of the venue and the overall participant experience. We organised a dedicated registration area with a custom-made desk, prepared signage and branded elements, and ensured a clear layout for the programme and movement throughout the venue. A team of AV technicians was present for the duration of the event to ensure that all technical and programme elements ran according to plan.

Our organisational support also included coordinating participants’ travel, transfers, and accommodation, as well as arranging catering throughout the conference. By bringing together production, logistics, and on-site support, we ensured that SOFT 2026 was delivered professionally, efficiently, and with careful attention to every important detail.
