WOMEN, PEACE AND SECURITY CHIEFS OF DEFENCE NETWORK CONFERENCE
A High-Level International Conference in Sarajevo
We organised and produced the Women, Peace and Security Chiefs of Defence Network Conference in Sarajevo, bringing together senior military officials, representatives of international organisations, and experts in security and defence.
Our approach and methodology
Our team managed the organisational and logistical processes, including the coordination of international delegations, guest registration, protocol activities, and complete operational support throughout the conference.
We developed the event’s visual identity and adapted it across all conference formats, from the main hall stage design, press wall, and LED screen content to signage, flags, and printed materials. We also prepared agendas, welcome letters, invitations, and other materials for participants, as well as a web application accessible via QR code.
Technical production included the installation of LED screens, professional sound and lighting systems, and the setup of spaces for speeches and panel discussions. We also provided the technical facilities required for simultaneous interpretation, including an interpretation booth, receivers, and headsets for participants.

In addition to the official conference programme, we organised a guided tour of Sarajevo, while professional photography covered all three days of the event. By successfully delivering every aspect of the conference, we demonstrated our ability to meet the demands of complex international events with a high level of organisation, precision, and professional support.
