The animation guides users through the platform’s key functionalities, including downloading policies and documentation, generating e-payment slips, paying insurance premiums online, and accessing other digital services in one centralized place.

The focus of the project was to highlight the benefits of a digital customer experience and demonstrate how quickly and easily clients can manage their insurance without visiting a physical branch.

Through modern motion design, a clear narrative structure, and dynamic process visualization, we created content that educates users, enhances platform understanding, and further supports the digital transformation of Vienna Insurance’s services.
