Digital Infrastructure Migration to Microsoft 365 Platform

In 2023, the Purple Key Agency IT team successfully delivered a comprehensive digital infrastructure migration project for Event Tim, transitioning the organization to the Microsoft 365 platform. As the client had not previously operated within this environment, the project required careful planning, structured execution, and a phased implementation approach.

The process began with the creation of a fully customized Microsoft 365 environment, aligned with the operational needs of the organization. This was followed by the setup of user accounts and the configuration of access permissions, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management across the system.

Our approach and methodology

In parallel, DNS records were managed and reconfigured to ensure that all email traffic and collaboration services functioned seamlessly through the new platform, with minimal impact on day-to-day operations.

One of the most complex phases of the project was the data migration, which involved the secure and precise transfer of email communications, archives, and files from the previous system. Particular attention was given to data integrity, security, and business continuity throughout the entire process.

Following the technical implementation, a detailed verification process was carried out to confirm the consistency and functionality of all migrated data and services. The project was concluded with end-user training sessions, enabling teams to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 tools in their daily work.

Today, Event Tim operates fully on the Microsoft 365 platform, benefiting from improved internal communication, more efficient collaboration, and enhanced data security. The project stands as an example of a successful digital transformation and a long-term, sustainable IT solution.
